When we talk about intuition, for the first time we have the ability to anticipate what will happen, which in itself sounds very tempting. Who wouldn’t want to take a glimpse into the future, even for a second, or be able to save themselves some trouble?
Women have proven advanced intuition, but they rarely try to listen to it. However, do we know the basic rules – how and when it can help us and can we develop it over time?
Why should we develop it when it’s perfectly normal in life to have falls that we just have to learn to get over without attaching great importance to them? Did you know that sometimes it is enough to get involved in one terrible event to get five more and turn your life into hell for years to come? Let’s talk a little more about this interesting feeling called intuition.
Randomness
Some of us believe that there are no random things. Others say that fate belongs to those who do not want to take responsibility for their decisions. The truth is probably somewhere in between, but to get to it, it’s nice to pay more attention to what’s going on around us.
For example, if you’re out of work or fired, don’t lock yourself up at home grumbling about an unfair life. Learn to “listen” for new opportunities and look for them. Sometimes it happens that just at the moment when we need something, it suddenly appears next to us. Haven’t you ever been in a situation where you think of an acquaintance or friend and he calls you or meets you by chance on the same day?
By focusing our thoughts on something or someone, we trigger events that no one has yet explained, whether they are random or not and what they are associated with. Have you noticed that when you are very afraid of something, this is exactly what happens? Fear is the driving force, and it’s much bigger than you think.
Here is a simple and even funny example. Have you ever been in a situation where you have to go to the pharmacy or convenience store, but you just washed up, dyed your hair badly, or put on a face mask? Usually your first thought is “I wish I didn’t meet anyone I know” or “I wish I didn’t meet a pretty neighbor.” Well, what happens in the end? Haven’t you come face to face with someone you didn’t want to see?
There are countless examples. It is important to be an observant person – to make connections between thoughts, emotions, actions more often and pay more attention to random things. On the day when the girl was fired, she accidentally stumbled upon the company of her friend, in which they were looking for a new employee.
Dreams
Sometimes the plots of our dreams consist of what happened to us during the day. We dream of things that have already been experienced, that have left strong emotions in us or people we have thought about or met with recently. At another time, we see completely different and strange plots of dreams.
We need to pay attention to such dreams, because they can tell us about our day. If we cry or laugh in our sleep, if something upsets us very much, if we encounter a strange image that leaves us with a very unpleasant feeling, it is good that we do not forget this “vision”.
Perhaps it was just a dream dictated by our subconscious excitement, but it may well be a warning that will protect us from something or someone. It is important to remember that in no case should you delve into a dream, be at a loss and not succumb to deception when interpreting something. Just remember to sleep, especially if you have an important event ahead of you.
Voice of reason
Sometimes, in order to hear our sixth sense, it is necessary to completely turn off the voice of reason. To achieve this, we need complete calmness, meditation or hypnosis. Then the subconscious mind turns on, which can whisper the “correct” answer to us.
It’s a good idea to choose a day of the week to put more emphasis on the pictures, words, feelings, and emotions that come to mind. Let feelings overwhelm you, whether positive or negative. Forget logic and analysis. Just listen to your inner voice.
Take care of your body
It turns out that the body can help or hinder the development of intuition. It is advisable to do gymnastics every day. By taking care of your body, you are helping it to activate its potential – your natural sense or sense of smell. It is no coincidence that there are such expressions as knee aches for the weather. These signals are the most correct.
Remember the following:
- Good intuition does not have to be logical – when there is no logic in our statements or actions, perhaps another voice is speaking to us;
- Good decisions are often too spontaneous and simple;
- Usually the best pops up first. Thinking too much about what to choose, getting entangled in our own arguments and making the easy really difficult, we deviate from the right path.
When intuition works for our happiness
Don’t expect your intuition to only tell you good things if you’re feeling downright bad. If you have a bad emotional background, then your intuition will also be negative.
This condition hinders not only your intuition, but also your ability to find the positive in a given situation, learn your lesson, and move forward boldly. First of all, you must understand that you have several options for the development of events, but you can only see the one that most closely matches your vibrations. For this reason, you should be calm and not be extreme in your decisions. This way you can catch what your intuition is telling you.
